It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the venue, and guest who are drinking cannot enter the venue. Any guest judged to be intoxicated is not allowed to enter the venue. Furthermore, if such behavior should be discovered inside the venue, the applicable guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately. We cannot be held responsible for refunds, transportation fees, or other costs in such cases. Please be aware of this before coming to the event.
It is prohibited to bring video/audio recording equipment (cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, binoculars with recording capabilities, etc.) into the venue, as is their use therein. *Our staff reserves the right to check the specifications of any binoculars that are to be used inside the venue.
For those who have disabilities or in wheelchairs, please notify to AEI INFORMATION after making payment. Due to the structure of the venue, and depending on the number of applicants, we may not be able to prepare an identical wheelchair area environment for all guests.
If any trouble should happen, please let the staff on site know immediately. We cannot perform fact-checking for an issue after the event has ended and, therefore, will not be able to provide support for an inquiry made after the fact.
Only guests who purchase tickets via legitimate methods will be allowed to enter the venue.
We have no responsibility for any troubles for purchasing ticket by illegitimate methods.
In the event that a resale via auction or other method is discovered, we will conduct a rigorous investigation into the matter,
And neither the seller nor the buyer will be allowed to enter the venue for any reason. Those discovered within the venue will be asked to leave immediately.
