重要なお知らせ
「ももクロチケット」または各プレイガイド(イープラス・LINEチケット・uP!!!ライブパス)でお買い上げいただいたチケット以外ではご入場できません。
オークションサイト・上記以外のチケットサイトなどで入手されたチケットは無効となり、ご入場することができませんのでご注意ください。
一人でも多くの方に今後も公演をお楽しみいただけるよう、我々一同もサービスの向上に努めて参ります。
皆さまの引き続きのご理解・ご協力のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

<注意事項>

• オークション等による転売行為が発見された場合は、厳重なる調査をさせていただき、出品された方、購入された方に如何なる理由があっても、公演当日のご入場をお断り、または即時退場とさせていただきます。AE会員は出品された方、購入された方、両者ともに会員登録を抹消させていただきます。
• 開催が危険と思われるような荒天(台風・強風・豪雨・落雷など)、または大きな地震などの場合はやむを得ず公演を中止とさせていただくこともございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
• アルコール類の持ち込みは禁止です。また、飲酒をされての入場も禁止となります。スタッフが酒気帯びの状態と判断した場合、ご入場をお断りします。会場内で発見した場合も即刻退場していただきます。その場合、代金の払い戻し・交通費等の負担もいたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 会場内での撮影・録音機材(カメラ・ビデオカメラ・レコーダー・録画機能付き双眼鏡等)の持ち込み及び使用は禁止です。場内で双眼鏡をご利用になる場合、係員が仕様を確認させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the venue, and guest who are drinking cannot enter the venue.
• Any guest judged to be intoxicated is not allowed to enter the venue.
• Furthermore, if such behavior should be discovered inside the venue, the applicable guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately.
• We cannot be held responsible for refunds, transportation fees, or other costs in such cases. Please be aware of this before coming to the event.
• It is prohibited to bring video/audio recording equipment (cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, binoculars with recording capabilities, etc.) into the venue, as is their use therein. *Our staff reserves the right to check the specifications of any binoculars that are to be used inside the venue.
• For those who have disabilities or in wheelchairs, please notify to AEI INFORMATION after making payment.
• Due to the structure of the venue, and depending on the number of applicants, we may not be able to prepare an identical wheelchair area environment for all guests.
• If any trouble should happen, please let the staff on site know immediately.
• We cannot perform fact-checking for an issue after the event has ended and, therefore, will not be able to provide support for an inquiry made after the fact.
• Only guests who purchase tickets via legitimate methods will be allowed to enter the venue.
• We have no responsibility for any troubles for purchasing ticket by illegitimate methods.
• In the event that a resale via auction or other method is discovered, we will conduct a rigorous investigation into the matter, And neither the seller nor the buyer will be allowed to enter the venue for any reason. Those discovered within the venue will be asked to leave immediately. If the involved parties are AE Members, both the buyer and the seller will have their memberships revoked.
